1. How does virtual speech therapy work?
Virtual speech therapy sessions are conducted through secure video conferencing platforms, allowing you to work one-on-one with a licensed therapist from the comfort of your own home. During each session, your therapist will assess your needs, provide personalized exercises, and offer guidance and support just as they would in an in-person session.

2. Do I need special equipment for virtual therapy?
All you need is a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a camera, and a quiet, comfortable space for your sessions. If your therapy includes the use of specialized tools, such as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, your therapist will guide you on how to obtain and use them effectively.

3. Is virtual therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
Yes! Virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions when conducted by an experienced clinician. Many patients find the convenience of tele-therapy enhances their overall experience, and the use of digital tools can further support progress. Your therapist will customize your sessions to meet your specific needs, ensuring continuity of care and consistent progress tracking.

4. What are your rates?
Free for a 15 minute consultation
$217 for a 45-60 minute Initial Evaluation + Written Report
$79 for each 30-45 minute treatment session

5. Do you take insurance?
Currently, we do not accept insurance. We operate on a private pay basis. We accept FSA/HSA cards as a payment option. While we cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover the services, we can provide you with Superbills for reimbursement. We will not communicate directly with any insurance companies nor do we complete paperwork for insurance companies.

6. Where are you located?
We do not have an in-person clinic, we use a secure virtual platform for all sessions.
